A Brief on Digital Presence and Opportunity

Forty years of
exceptional work.
A presence to match.

The reputation is built.
The story should be too.

The Arc Companies and Arc Ventures represent four decades of deal-making, capital deployment, and portfolio building across real estate, fintech, digital health, cyber, and industry 4.0. 46 portfolio companies. 5 unicorns. A geographic footprint spanning the Americas, Israel, and Europe.

What we noticed is that the digital presence has not kept pace with the scale of what has been built. That is an opportunity, not a criticism. The infrastructure is there. The story needs a stage.

What We Observed

Three gaps worth closing

These are not flaws in the business. They are gaps between what The Arc Companies has built and what the digital presence communicates to founders, LPs, and partners seeing it for the first time.

01

The pedigree is undersold

A firm with 40 years of transactions, 5 unicorns, and a portfolio spanning five continents deserves a homepage that says so immediately. The current presentation buries the authority beneath structure that was designed for a different era of the web. First impressions are made in seconds and the current experience does not reflect the weight of what Arc has built.

Positioning Opportunity
02

Two brands, one story waiting to be told

Arc Companies at arcny.com and Arc Ventures at arc-vc.com operate as separate presences without a unified narrative connecting them. A founder in your portfolio, an LP doing due diligence, or a co-investor exploring the relationship has to piece the story together. A unified digital presence would do that work for them and make Arc look exactly as formidable as it is.

Brand Coherence
03

The portfolio is the product

Arc's portfolio is the clearest proof of its investment thesis. 46 companies. 5 unicorns. A track record across sectors that few firms can match. That portfolio is currently not presented in a way that works as a conversion tool for incoming founders or a trust signal for new fund sponsors. It is the single most powerful asset in the story and it is not positioned as one.

Portfolio Storytelling
A New Direction

What a redesigned
Arc presence
could look like

This is not a pitch for a website rebuild. This is a preview of the thinking that goes into repositioning a firm's digital presence to match its actual standing in the market. The pillars below are where we would start.

1

Authority from the first scroll

Full-bleed editorial photography, bold Cormorant-style headline typography, and a narrative that leads with 40 years and 5 unicorns before anything else.

2

Unified brand across both entities

Arc Companies and Arc Ventures sharing a visual system and a connected story, so every audience understands the full picture without having to search for it.

3

Portfolio as the centrepiece

A dynamic, filterable portfolio presentation that shows the breadth of sectors, geographies, and stages and makes the track record feel as real as it is.

4

Clear paths for every audience

Founders, fund sponsors, co-investors, and advisory clients each need a clear path. Right now they all arrive at the same front door. That changes.

The Larger Opportunity

What this means
for the portfolio

The same gap between pedigree and presentation that exists at the Arc level exists at the company level across the portfolio. Founders who are building real things with real traction are often invisible to the market because their digital presence does not tell their story.

That is where AI Operator Systems comes in. We build the operational and digital infrastructure that closes that gap, without adding headcount, without long agency timelines, and without generic output.

We would like 20 minutes to show you what that looks like across two or three of your portfolio companies specifically.

The Ask

One conversation.
No commitment.

We built this brief because we believe there is a real opportunity here, at the firm level and across the portfolio. We would like 20 minutes to walk through the full analysis and show you what the AI Operator Systems approach looks like applied to Arc specifically.

We start with your specific situation

No generic presentation. The conversation begins with what we already observed about Arc and goes deeper from there.

20 minutes, fully prepared

We come with specific observations, a directional concept, and a clear point of view. Not a sales deck. A real conversation.

The relationship matters more than the deal

We are here because of a trusted introduction. We treat that with the respect it deserves and let the work speak for itself.
